1) Leadership & Management team needs to be changed 2) No helping with the growth 3) Lot of politics in each department 4) Product Owner role is useless - please remove it 5) No team work - team confesses that sharing knowledge will be a risk as someone will take there job - how do you work in this team ? 6) No learning - even if you ask for more work, something new to learn, nobody helps,
