Not good - Team Leader T.K. Maxx Employee Review

Shambles to be honest. Extremely large workload for near minimum wage. Very stressful, not enough hours in the day to get everything done, a constant need for shop updating and moving around. A higher up wil come in and decide they don't like an entire section of the store in its current place, so you'll spend 50 hours with multiple people moving it to another side of the shop for them to come in and tell you to move it all back. Extremely daunting tasks and expectations which are unachievable with the time scales set. Horrific amount of shop lifters with minimum security, doesn't feel very safe to work there.
