Pros
Not having to be customer facing but rather get email requests for maintence. Have to be well able to manage your time
Cons
Fast paced and not alot of down time ever, team is much smaller thanks to layoffs and reduction in staffing. Not alot of recognition for working OT and vertainly not paid for the extra time.
