      Number one company (at this time). Instant credibility when working with customers. Good products to sell. Great CEO, COO and CFO.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
