      Good pay, work life balance

      Cons

      Doesn't have own cafeteria. Team get together happens less. Hiring process not transparent. Volunteer work is not much. Medical and leave policy not so good.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
