Pros

Most important is that you are immediately empowered to act upon project life. Compared to other companies you are given more trust so that you can express your capacity to drive actions to their end with a focus on project success. Salary and compensations are good.

Cons

Difficult to evolve toward higher positions if you enter as a manager as there are already a lot of upper management positions and human resource policy gives more chances to new comers that insiders to access these positions. We ask you a lot in terms of performance but majority of upper management is not exemplary. High growth rate also means organizational flaws that can be source of frustration.

Pros

Decent compensation, flexible working hours, good vacation and holiday time.

Cons

Synerject was once an innovative and brilliant company but that has declined since they recently started operating with enterprise principles and practices. This downward spiral began when Continental AG acquired Siemens (and therefore the joint venture ownership of Synerject) . Continental AG is nothing more than a conglomerate who becomes larger through mergers and acquisitions, not innovation. The most gifted minds have since jumped off this sinking ship to go work elsewhere. Continental offers up their rejects to come work for Synerject and at the same time steals Synerject's top talent.
