      The vibes between teammates are fantastic. work communication between teammates are efficient.

      Cons

      Management Team requires implementation. spoken with HR team that the problem lies between our team lead his unclear instruction. however it is not improved and thus more teammates are leaving. With such a poor coordinating team lead. Mfg grp will tend to fail. Team lead is lacking of professionalism despite his experience. throwing temper easily instead of clarification for jobs to be performed. we had highlighted to human resource many times and even human resource ain't on good terms with him. showcase the nature of such a team lead. Really hope the management could educate the team lead for better prospects.

      - Time zone issues across country and region, it might affect the miss communication and time among teams. - Manufacturing only located in HQ, hard to monitoring and guide based on real situation. - Non ISO company - Design software provided only have limited quantity and need to remote when to using it

      Flexibility CEO has great vision of future prospects and willing to provide learning opportunities

      Cons

      Ability to explore and give ideas, however most credits are always not been rewarded and recognized. Director is a disappointment, unable to lead well and give proper instruction. Was tasked by HR to actually write a review instead, i did not know glassdoor exist before. HR isnt well versed with HR at times and always take a week to respond to query. always wasting time.
