Good Comapny - Kitting Department Swiss Post Employee Review

Easy job, lots of downtime. Swiss post solutions is a good foot in the door position, however if you’re looking to “ Grow” with the company don’t expect anything.

No flexibility, low pay, bad benefits. Very little room to move up pay is so low for the high expectations they put on you. You must come in, during all weather situations including hurricanes, tornadoes and icy conditions. Can’t even leave the desk to go to the restroom without having someone cover your desk, ridiculous.

Toxic work environment. Benefits are not where they should be for the amount being taken.
