Pros
- Management is lovely, and other members of staff are very welcoming, very good team. - You get to know regular customers and build up a good relationship. - Staff discount in store, 25% branded products and 30% own brand products, which is great if you love makeup, like me. - Interview process was relatively easy, including interactions on the shop floor, like meeting the team, and active selling. - Also on the induction day (which is paid) you are required to fill some paper work but you are given till training THE SAME DAY! Very customer based store, and overall a brilliant company to work for.
Cons
- Hours are very unpredictable. You will work the contact hours you are given, however there is always overtime especially in busy periods. Could go from working 10 hours to 3, (part-time) however.
