Management doesn't listen to your recommendations whatsoever. They'll hear what you have to say, but nothing ends up changing and your ideas just get blown off. The company preaches safety constantly, but is using a lot of outdated machinery. Any other company I've worked for, the supervisors have tried to help improve the work environment of the employees. At Studco they nitpick at every little thing you do wrong until they have a "solid enough" case to get rid of you. Their turnover rate is very high due to 3 things. Their interview process isn't good enough and they end up hiring people who are unfit for the job. When they finally do get good employees, they do not feel appreciated enough and/are not compensated fairly for the work they are doing.
