The majority of the company agrees with the previously posted negative review. The hardworking employees of Strata have been stripped of almost all benefits under Bako. Unless you’re a salary employee, you get the shaft and treated like a sweatshop worker. The new year is quickly approaching and Bako has yet to tell the employees what their new health insurance option will be. People have families. Stop being selfish. We know you know. Give your employees raises. A measly 2% over a few years is insulting. Increase the 401k match. Stop giving incompetent people promotions and raises. Think strongly about bonuses. In their latest charade, Strata had a “scheduled emergency water main shutdown,” which forced them to close early. Employees were expected to use their own vacation time or come in on Saturday unless they felt safe working with no water. But don’t worry, they really appreciate everyone’s flexibility...and there will be pizza. The building could be on fire, but you better have enough PTO to leave early. No room for employee growth unless you are a brown-noser. Stop wasting money on StrataDx mugs and sweatshirts. Give it to your underpaid employees.
