Pros
Room to promote but it comes with lack of work life balance
Cons
I lot changed here from the time I started to when I left. Once you make it to supervisor you are so overworked and under paid in ridiculous. Kept getting new work handed down and was never given resources to carry the load. Ended up working 60 to 70 hour weeks consistently until I burned out after a year. Tried to explain the situation but nothing was ever done which is why I left.
