Great group of long term employees who were proud of their organization and their management
Cons
Management is gutting the company, and rewarding themselves for doing so The culture has declined from being an all-inclusive work environment where everyone's ideas were valued and considered, to a culture where employees are afraid to express anything in fear that they will be the next "position to be eliminated." Management has destroyed an awesome company.
