Still good - Software Engineer Starschema Employee Review

The Starschema company culture is pretty relaxed and you will be surrounded by smart and friendly people. They also have some cool clients both from the EU and the US.

Since HCL Tech's acquisition things are getting worse, the company is slowly losing its identity, transparency and flexibility.

Best people you can work with. Really. The whole atmosphere of the company is wonderful. Everyone is chill, helpful, great to work with. There are interesting (and not so interesting) projects.

After being purchased by HCL, a lot of processes changed, a lot of the benefits of being a small tech company changed to being a large organization. Feels like the Hungarian senior management doesn't have as much say in things as it should.
