- For those who do not enjoy a fast-paced and self-motivating work environment, this would be a challenging workplace -No 401k match at this time - As Spot matures it is finding solid policies. Some employees may have to work with the company while they fully grasp the final product of those policies. Change is inevitable in a growing start-up and that is challenging for some.
