Great place to work! The culture is awesome and very welcoming. Management has remained helpful and understanding throughout transformations over the years. Filled with good people which is a plus. Rewarding Experience with a Caring Culture. Wonderful, intelligent, passionate people who are driven to succeed. Great products and exciting to work in the AI space. My teammates were really great people and did a lot to help me get up and running. Great culture and overall amazing place to work. Benefits are great as well. The clients are such incredible people. I'm personally passionate about supporting IDD individuals, so this job was a blast.
Cons
The lack of training is often dangerous. Staff who are new to this population are almost always completely unprepared for the behavior management that comes with this job, and the first week of 'trainings' are inadequate.
