Pros
The CEO spares no expense at the corporate office. He uses nonprofit monies to pay good salaries and ensure that the office has a newspaper subscription, food and drinks for staff along with top of the line computers, cellphones and equipment.
Cons
All of the facilities where clients are served are extremely run down with holes in walls, nasty and old furniture, dirty carpet. The CEO is rarely even in the office and has no real clue of what takes place. When representatives from the city government came by wanting to visit one of the nonprofit's housing for the homeless facilities, he had to follow another employee to the location. He had never even been in spite of working there many years. His ego is out of control just like his paycheck. Grant monies are misused and line items moved around. The atmosphere is toxic with lots of secrecy, fear and uncomfortable situations.
