Strong commitment to social justice and serving the elder population. Will keep you plenty busy and provide avenues for you to learn your trade and hone your skills on the job. Pleasant co-workers, and a good stepping stone for the next phase of your career.
Cons
Can be very cliquey from department to department. This is a business like any other, and when business needs change, you may not find much loyalty from upper management. Leadership keeps its distance and can be rather tone deaf.
