      Pros

      Employee owned, there are some good folks trying to make the org a great place to work for. Wayyyy better than working for a typical consulting company, great benefits. Most managers are great. Lots of great consultants if you are lucky enough to not be placed at clients on your own.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive for women. Do your research, don’t interact with certain people in the inner circle, and you will have an under the radar, wonderful experience. If you start looking under rugs, trying to improve things from inside as a Consultant, typically you get cut or shut out. Training is not funded if you aren’t a developer. Typical opportunity is staff augmentation, but the highest performing opportunities have a team of consultants (very rare).

      Pros

      Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

      Cons

      Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.
