Pros

Nothing at all. It operates more as a recruitment and placement agency than a true technology company.

Cons

I had an extremely disappointing experience working at Solulever. The higher management, especially those in technical leadership roles like CTO and Technical Architect, are contracted individuals who have little to no technical knowledge. Despite holding critical positions, they neither provide meaningful guidance nor follow any established coding practices, resulting in poor code quality across projects. Instead of fostering a productive environment, they are more focused on placing blame on developers and testers, even though developers are the only ones keeping the company afloat. What makes this worse is the leadership's lack of accountability and interest in fostering true technical growth and innovation. Their presence felt more like a formality — sitting in the office and collecting a paycheck without contributing anything of value. Developers and testers worked tirelessly to deliver projects, often with no support or vision from those at the top. To add to the frustration, After I resigned and before my Full and Final (FnF) settlement, the company suddenly implemented a policy requiring employees opting for an early release—even on agreed terms—to pay for the remaining notice period days. This policy was introduced without any prior notice, leaving me unfairly burdened with unexpected costs I could not have anticipated. If you value technical growth, a supportive leadership team, and a transparent working environment, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company is far from being developer-friendly and lacks the professional ethics needed to retain and nurture talent.

Pros

If you are good at open source then this place has a lot to offer, It is meant for builders rather than sde's. As an engineer this place uses latest tech and up to date technologies. Latest devops practises as well. Most apt use case of Time-Series database within the company. If you are an Individual contributor(IC) and like to think design and implement your solutions on scale this place might be interesting for you. we get work from home policy and leaves every month which makes this place a little more balanced. Overall, all places have pros and cons but I found it a good place for professional and work driven problem solvers. The work can be overwhelming but I mention it in pros because the work experience and the problems we get to solve in backend is great. A good devteam. Join if you are up for high leadership roles.

Cons

Work is top priority, but is not an issue if you are productive. High Pressure. freedom to work at your own pace, but the deadlines are strict.
