      Pros

      The freedom here is incredible. I am a very self-motivated and independent person and I thrive with performance-based awards, so the environment of Soledad is perfect for me. The culture here provides a really nice balance between independent work and teamwork. I love that I can work on my own and for the most part, work at my own pace and determine my own results, but I also love the team pow wows, the energy and camaraderie are really great.

      Cons

      This job is only for people who are very self-motivated. If you need constant supervision or uplifting, this is not for you. I have seen people come and go, because they were just not the right fit for our company culture and they couldn't motivate themselves to do well.

      Pros

      Incredible work environment, Supportive, Synergistic, Respectful. Dedicated & thirsty employees who are training to become sharks. Constant learning, constantly staying on top of their game. Always thinking ahead . Merit based, everyone started from the exact same place. Compensation is amazing. Instant opportunities to advance because employees are hired into a management training program.

      Cons

      You've got to be prepared. Work ethic & time management are the most important skills to master. This job takes your everything. The payoffs are huge but the sacrifices are huge.
