      Slow flow of work. 60% work, 30% other things and 10% gossip. Not suitable for young gen, they rely too many on manual, they work slow on system. Too many paperwork, sometimes do things that are not related to the job scope at all. Bullying mindset still exist among other seniors. Should have more integrity people. Stop smoking at stairs!
