Product that is in demand.

Poor work culture, owners micro manage activities, commitments not honored, not willing to invest in areas that can truly make a difference, lack of communication between departments with "siloed" mentality, no shared strategy or corporate vision, more concerned about bottom line instead of customers or employees.
