You mentioned the decrease in the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). We take employee feedback seriously, and getting the eNPS back to previous highs like last quarter at +39. This is a key metric for all Managing Directors and Associate Directors to achieve.
Regarding your potential concerns about stress and workload, we appreciate you bringing those to light. We take employee well being very seriously.
Our People and Development team actively monitors sickness absence and mental health data to ensure employee well-being.
In fact, our data shows a positive trend: last month's sickness absence rate was a very low 0.69% (well below the UK average of 5.3%), and the number of employees feeling good on the mental health continuum has increased by 2% over the last month. We understand that data doesn't always reflect individual experiences.
