1. Exploiting policies by HR for variable pay ( completely manipulated system not at all in favour of employee. No performance driven incentives)
2. HR is very unfriendly and rigid in the issues related to convenience of employee. No sense of any empathy. Intentionally delaying timely promotions of people citing totally irrelevant excuses.
3. HR is very rigid in salary negotiations and non cooperative in majority of the issues.
4. Favouritism in the management only preferred people grow.
5. No people development discussion within the organisation for people to grow.
