Nice co-workers and facility at a low pay rate, no opportunity for growth with management that doesn’t communicate - Applications Developer Shields Health Employee Review

The pay was low, management is difficult to get a hold of and doesn’t communicate well. When I asked for a raise that I felt strongly that I deserved, I was deferred to another employee for a review, then was forgotten about for months after being promised a follow up and reaching out multiple times. I performed a self evaluation that wasn’t even reviewed by management for several months. I was eventually furloughed due to COVID, and promised a position by the time furlough ended. I then wasn’t notified until the last week of furlough that I would actually be without a job once furlough ended.
