Sentinel Solutions is a great company to work for! As a new college graduate, it was an amazing entry-level position. It's an office filled with young, eager professionals who motivate each other to be better daily. The manager-in-training program offers employees uncapped earning potential, unlimited mentors, and serious growth. Sentinel Solutions gives you the opportunity to advance based on your own work ethic and success. Working here has also improved my communication skills through one-on-one mentoring and communication with my managers. As far as the management is concerned, the managers at Sentinel Solutions are phenomenal! Not only are they wonderful employers, but they also make sure to take interest in the members of their team. This is not typical "Corporate America." The managers genuinely care about their team, and make sure to take care of them.

None that I can think of, the management team is awesome and rock. I love working here.
