      Good atmosphere - relaxed and enjoyable for the most part, great vacation benefits, engineers worked well together, training opportunities, opportunities for shop/plant visits

      Cons

      Management doesn't communicate well about status of current and future projects, unrealistic deadlines set by customer can lead to overwork/stress between employees
