Scality is a very dynamic company, full of energy and great technology. The technology is deployed at massive scale in large customers (take a look at the references on the website). This is enough to tell you that this is a solid product which continues to evolve at a very fast rate.
Cons
This start-up way of business is not for everyone. Don't consider if you don't want long hours working on multiple projects and challenging deadlines.
