The director displays anything but quality behavior and ex managers still try to manage the labs. They spread negative rumors about the chemists if you are not a favorite. The hours are long due to the workload and you are told you are a complainer if you say anything. The behavior is def not quality. They don't replace people when they leave instead they make people in other departments permanent. Plenty of spies in the lab
