1. Lovely working environment 2. Given all the liberty to work 3. No micro management 4. Higher authorities are very helpful 5. Activities other than work is always maintained, like CSR, Cultural and Sports

Cons

1. Salary is less compared to other companies 2. Rivalry between departments 3. Facilities for employees is not there, like, cab facility at night, canteen, play time space, etc

Healthy organization that discusses and shares the common goal - Grow and let grow Management and employee interactions are really good Individual teams, heads and management always encourages the talent and resources to come up with the new ideas either in the successful completion of projects or new products Really helped many resources to get trained on various skills that are lacking personally Adapts to new opportunities and changes
