Pros

Read me! I’ve been working from home for some time. This company is by far not the worst option. They are strict and from my understanding the calls are back to back. The training moves quickly but it’s are a pretty nice entry level role. You will have a little sales, customer service, and multitasking in your day to day. The best way to put this is this job is what you make it.

Cons

1. Pay is lower (you are given a small commission on wiper sales) 2. The company behaves like a little more strict and protective than most

Pros

There is so much I love about Safelite. I love the other employees. I love the fact that I get good benefits as a part time employee. I love the products.

Cons

Between my experience with HireRight for my background check with this company and the constant problems with the VDI that everyone in my training class has had, my experience as a new employee has been one of the most confusing and stressful that I have ever dealt with. A company as well established as Safelite that offers the kind of quality service that Safelite offers (which I can attest to having been a customer previously before I worked here) is not compatible with these faulty systems.
