Pros
Very free working style, absolutely no pressure in handling Sales/ Teams. Supportive ASMs'. Mostly in fields, con-calls for some important messages/ MOMs'. Presently diversifying to all possible electricals and electronics items.
Cons
Please de register your Auto-pay or Smart Pay in your net banking. Since salary credit happens only after 7th. Some cases may goes upto 10th/12th of every month. Expenses will be credited very late. Please donot expect career growth. Do not expect incentives. P.S: Kindly join this company, if you have no other option left with.
