Pros

Good work experience for recent college grads. Interns and new hires are given lots of responsibility off the bat. Nice office in a good location.

Cons

Company culture is unorganized and unprofessional. One VP had been reprimanded multiple times for inappropriate and hostile workplace behavior without any real consequences. Low compensation outside of upper management than other similar positions in the area. Hard to see how the organization actually achieved it's desired mission statement. These issues led to very high turnover of staff with most moving on in 6-12 months.

Pros

- The new CEO (one year in) is fair and open-minded coming from an extensive background in professional services. The organization feels fresh and re-committed to an important mission. - New, clearer career paths and structure with ample support to learn and grow in your career - Feedback is taken seriously from all levels; inclusive culture with opportunities to assert yourself and take ownership of projects - Great location in the heart of everything - Opportunity to learn from a lot of people with really great experience across professional services, education, STEM, research, communications, etc. - You get to interact with many really engaged and great members outside of your own company - Flexible work environment. Management is responsive to personal needs. - Clear expectations around job performance creating opportunities to learn and be challenged - Much clearer role clarity than in recent years - Most of the employees are legitimately enjoyable to be around and work with

Cons

- Still going through management transition, though one year in, there has been incredible progress in terms of internal organization
