Pros
-Small company, lots of face time with principal players across all departments. -Everyone's input is welcome and actually taken into consideration when making decisions. -Company is high respectful of work life balance. Everyone is given a choice to work in person, or remote or a hybrid. -Benefits package is amazing (beyond base salary, all insurances are covered by employer). -401K match!! -Collogues are an absolute joy to work with!
