It’s hot during the summer cold or winter!

Pros are getting more difficult to find. The company was bought out so one pro might be profit sharing....in 5 years...well 4.5 because it's been since the start of the year.

Unqualified safety team makes everything a hassle, nobody cares top to bottom, bought out and they are tightening their belts. When sold the owners kept almost all the profits in the company because they were in talks to sell for 2 years so instead of rewarding the employees that had been there for 40 years, they kept it in the company, raising the price then gave the ESOP program a tiny slice of that. Just a terrible exit by the kids of the founders who actually knew everyone there, they would go out to the shop and help. Their kids were lazy, inauthentic, no innovation or even attempt, and they do not have a sales team causing the work to be really spikey.
