      The onboarding process was very efficient and streamlined. I was able to contribute to the team where they needed me almost immediately.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working at Simco! My manager is fantastic, and the team feels like a big supportive family. Everyone is so helpful and friendly!

      Pros

      Local Management actually listens to their team asks for ideas for improvement.

      Cons

      Executive staff expects loyalty from employees but does not reciprocate. Lays off long time employees (over20 years) to save money instead of doing the right thing and cutting their salaries and company cars to save money. Expects long hours, complains about use of overtime.
