      Some days go fast, due to the amount of tasks required.

      Cons

      Pay(not competitive at all), give raises and bonuses all different to everyone based on brown nosing, constant changing of policies, unqualified management, firing people left and right unexpectedly.

      Too many non essential office people why do not add value to the company. Also kinda woke for a rural company.
