      co-workers are very nice, welcoming, and helpful; office is brand-new, good location

      Cons

      pay is not equal at all to the amount of work you have to do as a program manager; very fast-paced and stressful; working with the clients was the worst part as they are condescending, entitled, and very high-strung; I would work overtime for several weeks (50-60 hours) and still somehow be behind on my work

      Pros

      WFH is nice and they won't bother you while you're getting stuff done

      Cons

      No more company engagement activities, lower bonuses, and no raises or chance for growth since the MKG merger would make me say no if I got offered a job here again. Also the pay is not what it needs to be.
