Pros
Nothing, just Remote work flexibility. It can be a place to learn how to handle extreme pressure, but not recommended for long-term career growth.
Cons
Unrealistic Deadlines: Management forces developers to finish entire projects within just one week, regardless of the project's complexity. Quantity Over Quality: There is zero regard for code quality, architecture, or testing. The only thing that matters is speed, which leads to massive technical debt and a frustrating environment for any professional developer. Extremely Low Compensation: Salaries are less than half of the market rate for the same roles in Egypt. No Benefits or Security: There is no social insurance, no medical insurance, and no employee benefits whatsoever. No Public Holidays: The company does not recognize any official public holidays throughout the year. The only days off are Fridays and Saturdays. Arbitrary Deductions: As mentioned before, they use "activity logging" as an excuse to deduct huge amounts from salaries even when all tasks are delivered. Management Tactics: They use salary delays and financial pressure to force employees to resign, avoiding any legal obligations.
