      The organization is truly committed to customers and employees. That may sound cliche, but it's 100% accurate. Family owned business with an exciting future. Invests a lot of capital into facilities and benefits.

      Cons

      Their compensation philosophy is one of lagging the market; they never lead. SR Leaders make a killing and average to low income employees struggle.

      Pros

      Most coworkers and some leadership are extremely nice to work with. Shop environment is pretty fluid considering the rate of flow. Hours are standard compared to other shops. Pay incentive when exceeding standard flat rate hours. Assigned bays, no moving your toolbox all day.

      Cons

      Base pay/Pay scale was not able provide more incentive than the experience gained. Some leadership cliques made it difficult to resolve work related issues. Plans for career training were inconsistent.
