Your breaks are timed and you’re consistently recorded as the DON holds the iPad to watch employees. Normally in most facilities, it feels like family to employees. This is not the facility where any kindness is returned back to you because of your work ethic. This company hires a lot of immature young adults who constantly argue with one another. The main cons of working here no privacy during breaks, a lot of on the floor drama, and also no care about the employees.
