Riot deeply cares about two things: players and its employees. I've been here over 15 years, have held multiple roles on multiple teams. Riot is special. We are gamers and care deeply about making games that resonate with our core audiences of each genre. This means carefully putting together a team that understands and loves the genre, too, and then focusing on their needs and feedback.
