Cons

I don't how long this review will last (will try my best to be polite), as its going reported by them as last time... but anyways I'll make sure that someone will read this and hopefully don't make the mistake that I made. This was one of the most frustrating and draining professional experiences I have had. The work environment felt highly restrictive and uncomfortable. A typical day consisted of long, rigid hours with little autonomy and constant pressure. Breaks were discouraged, and overtime felt like an expectation rather than an exception. Management and HR were ineffective and unresponsive. Concerns were not handled professionally, communication lacked clarity, and leadership decisions often created more problems than solutions. There was little accountability or support for employees. There was no sense of positive workplace culture. Morale was low, appreciation was rare, and the focus seemed to be on squeezing as much time as possible out of employees rather than building a sustainable team environment. The hardest part was spending 9+ hours each day in an environment that felt exhausting and undervalued. I ultimately left because staying would have meant accepting a level of stress and dissatisfaction that was not worth it. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy, respectful, or growth-oriented workplace.
