I love this company. I have poured my heart into our teams here, and feel it reciprocated every single day. This is the most talented group of high performers I've ever surrounded myself with. The work isn't easy, and it challenges me to keep learning and growing every single day. I appreciate how truly our entire team lives into our values as a company. To quote Olive Garden, "When you're here, you're family."
Cons
Growth can be painful, and RevUnit is not immune to that. It is, however, a continual sign that we're doing something right. As difficult as it can be to scale the business and add new team members at a rapid pace, we're pulling it off!
