The efficiency and professionalism is the drive for the company. Bussiness ethic and model is how the day to day operations fulfill the clients needs. There is positivity with a can do attitude. No day is the same.

Nothing of note to mention.

The only pro is, you get to meet some nice people employed there.

There is no proper management team, just the employer and his personal assistant. The boss threatens everyone daily to fire them and give the P45. He expects everyone to arrive at 8:45 and not 9am, if you come later than that then are wither threatened to get fired or get pay cut. and there is no chance you will ever leave at 6pm. Everyone needs to vacuum and mop the office daily and he himself won't clean his own dishes. Treats everyone like a slave. There is always some drama in the office with his personal life and everyone can hear his moaning and screaming. He has a major Ego problem and thinks there is no employer like him, thinks he is the best. When he is not in the office, its an amazing place to work at but he takes one step in the office and everyone is miserable. He would 100% reply to this review saying that I was dismissed. Whereas I resigned just like everyone else. No one stays in this place for very long, I'd recommend not working there if you want to live a happy life.
