Worst company - Recruitment Executive Relevante Employee Review

The CEO of this company is more like a watch dog of Relevante. This company treats employees very very badly (More like animals) There is no employee retention and the management never Tries for sustaining it's employees. Each and every recruiter in this organization need to report to 4 managers, the CEO is so Job less and inefficient he is just bothered about linkedin profiles calling activity of the recruiters rather and building client relationship and getting the requirements. They expect you to submit 10-15 submissions if there are no requirements also. CEO expects the recruiters to work Overtime and on Saturdays also. Please don't consider any opportunity with Relevante.
