      I started with an internship position (without pay) and became an editor, maybe one of the youngest. They have great mentors who will lead you on how to make journalism, since how to get an interview and make a story worth publishing on the front page.

      Cons

      They tend to forget about the Life-Work balance

      Being one of the most important newspapers in Mexico it a big help for entry levels, you learn a lot and it open other doors.

      Cons

      Not enough growth opportunities and the outlook of the company are going down
