They keep showing the work that Diwan Nanda ji did during his reign to all their clients and new pitches. And keep riding on that works advantage forever. But dont fall prey to these ill practices. The place is nothing like what it once was. This place is a total wayward in terms of basic business thinking. Some brands are good but they've been managed badly by the management. The so-called Jt. President randomly takes employees off brands and puts them on another, quite randomly so. It even perplexes clients and then they tell you things like, HOPE YOU DONT LEAVE. The MD has no love for strategy/planning. For them, strategy means a chunk of ppt slides put together. There's no ONE leader who knows ADVERTISING in its true essence. And hence there's no real direction coming from the management for the brands. The brands are unhappy. The agency is not paid by most brands. They even have some crazy rule where one needs to absolutely serve the 2 months notice. If one doesn't even a month, then the 2nd months salary will be adjusted against the month not served. That Jt. President has no sense of talking to it's employees and yells with her nagging voice openly. She engages in employee battles and tries to get all gossipy (can you imagine a President doing that) A brand partner there is someone with a 4 years of work ex and also with a 10 years of work ex. Everyone is a brand partner. Attrition rates are high. One would really laugh at their mds ideologies
