Pros
Some really awesome co-workers, some of the best people I've ever gotten to work with An environment where you can really make your own space and do your own thing Progressive approaches to quite a few things, like getting staff in front of the client no matter the travel costs (later renegged on this due to financial issues)
Cons
Incredibly poor organisational chart where nobody could tell who reported to who, resulting in unclear direction and power struggles "We're a family" values leading to bad internal work relationships, seeing breakdowns in office, as well as racist banter in the workplace, and far too much creepy sexual comments Zero training for staff who are frequently brought in from non-related industries, then thrown under the bus because of this fact, and are thus not backed up with the client More of a sales focussed company, pushing products that don't line up with what is sold, meaning that client facing staff end up bearing the brunt of the customer's frustration
